This scholarship was established by the Harwood Family in honor of Mark Harwood. Mark worked at the Fife School District for more than 20 years. He was known there for his laugh, a great sense of humor, and always a job well done.

Applicants must be a senior graduating from Fife High School.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicant have completed at least 20 hours of community service is the Fife, Milton, Edgewood Community.
