The Shallow Family Scholarship is a legacy scholarship to support and give back to the community which greatly impacted our lives. One of the founders, Katie Shallow (Koppa), attended the Fife School District from kindergarten through high school where she was involved in various school activities and soccer. The other founder is her husband, Brenden Shallow, who coached and taught at Fife High School for many years. Our family has three kids attending the Fife School District and we have enjoyed their journey thus far. Anyone who has spent time in or experienced the joy within our community and schools knows this is a special place. We want to reward students who exemplify the community values that make the district unique by providing opportunities and access to higher education. We hope future generations of Trojans will spread the Fife Heart of the Trojan to wherever their lives take
