The Bill Burk "Coach" Bill Scholarship Fund was established in 2023 in memory of William (Bill) James Burk who passed away in 2019. Bill started his coaching career in the early 90's coaching his daughters Fife-Milton Little League team as well as his son's baseball teams. He eventually went on to coach the girls Fastpitch teams at Surprise Lake Middle School, Columbia Junior High and Fife High School. Over the years Bill coached more kids than can be counted and his memory will live on in all of those athlete's and others he's impacted along the way. This scholarship is established by Bill's wife Beverlee and his children Brittany, Breanne, Brigette and Blaine.

Applicants must be a senior graduating from Fife High School.
Applicants must plan to attend an accredited vocational school or two- or four-year college.
Applicants must be a student athlete
Applicants must include a short essay on How a coach impacted their life
